I was having a horrible experience traveling with Greyhound bus line!!! They made me stand outside in the cold for 4 hours in Roanoke, then they were going to delay me 6 more hours in Richmond. I found a flight and your hotel, you saved me! My room was so clean, my shower was so good and my bed was so comfortable and your staff is the best!

location and shuttle were great. Didn't get bkfst. The staff a check-in and out were not courteous as I would expect for the price I paid.
