I was having a horrible experience traveling with Greyhound bus line!!! They made me stand outside in the cold for 4 hours in Roanoke, then they were going to delay me 6 more hours in Richmond. I found a flight and your hotel, you saved me! My room was so clean, my shower was so good and my bed was so comfortable and your staff is the best!

Tiffany at the front desk is amazing and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a guest in our group that required handicap accessible accommodations and Tiffany went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. We totally appreciate her!
