the staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable.

The restaurant was very convenient with good food, too bad it is not open for lunch.

The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious.

I was having a horrible experience traveling with Greyhound bus line!!! They made me stand outside in the cold for 4 hours in Roanoke, then they were going to delay me 6 more hours in Richmond. I found a flight and your hotel, you saved me! My room was so clean, my shower was so good and my bed was so comfortable and your staff is the best!

Customer service was great and the warm chocolate chip cookies were delightful.
